The Germany customer Voncet will pay a visit to our factory on 21st October. Documents and samples should be prepared in advance, and the sales team should make records of this visit.

Purpose of the visit: audition of the quality control system, R&D capability, manufacturing capacity, factory scale, regular audition, cooperation issues.
Special attention: the HR department should make sure the notice and directions properly placed, water/coffee/fruits prepared, and cars, dinner, hotel arranged.
